    YamahaR125 Posting and Site Policies

    * YamahaR125.COM take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously! YamahaR125 do not tolerate any rudeness.
    * Foul language, racism are not allowed in the forum.
    * Attack against a person is not allowed (ex. you are an ************)
    * If you feel you have been abused/harassed/treated badly by anyone (including staff/moderators) Please click the REPORT link on the offenders post or email me about it.

    * If you SPAM in any manner, your account will be disabled.
    * Do not contact anyone to suggest your website, product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them.
    * If you gleaned information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that to contact someone and present an offer,website, it's SPAM.
    * You may not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on the forum.
    * You may not link to sites whose main income is derived from affiliate or referral links.
    * Do not post any website links/address anywhere on the site publicly or privately that will compete with YamahaR125 directly or indirectly.
    * Cross-Posting is not allowed here. Cross-posting refers to posting new duplicate threads or posts, or the linking to
    threads or posts already started by the poster with the intention of gaining exposure.
    * You may not solicit any external source to post on this forum regarding your company, services, or products; or
    any company, services, or products you are or may be associated with.
    * You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages,
    signatures, and e-mail features.

    Post Owner
    * Author of the post / First Poster / Thread Starter (TS) owns the thread, TS has the right to the thread.
    * Anyone who post to TS own thread and TS feels that the post is unacceptable, The TS will inform the offending member not to post such things again.
    * If the offending member still persist, The TS can complain to the moderator or admin (vixy) about the said unacceptable post.
    * The moderator/admin will inform the offending member not to do it again and edit his post.
    (please respect the post of the TS). However the moderator/admin has the right and full control to the TS post.
    * Discussions related/not related to the TS title is allowed as long as the TS allows it.

    Comment Post for a product
    * If the Thread Starter post is a comment post/negative post/ positive post/ complain post/ feedback post/ praises post/ discontentment post about a certain product,
    YamahaR125 allows this kinds of post. However, Please be civil and mature enough
    to air your comments positive or negative it may be.
    * A simple rule in "be civil" is "Constructive Criticism"

    Closing of thread for negative/positive threads
    * Any threads can be closed as requested by the Thread Starter (TS)
    * But members have also a power to request closing of the TS thread.
    * A minimum of 20 (twenty) members(see requirements below) will just post "requesting to close this thread".
    * Members must have 50+ posts AND a member of YamahaR125 for more than 3months can request for closure of the a thread.
    * Members who do not satisfy the said requirements will not be counted.

    Other info
    YamahaR125 RULES are unique and created specifically to YamahaR125.
    YamahaR125 will respect all members whether they are newbie,guru.

    Concerns or problems or policy violation of members or moderators
    [*] if you feel harrased or abused by any member or moderator, Please report it to me via email.
    Without it I cannot take a necessary action.
    [*] Also please use the REPORT link (on the offenders post) to report any violation to postings.
